Caplan has served in a variety of roles in her almost 19 years with Skanska USA, one of the world’s largest development and construction companies, starting as Project Manager and rising through the ranks to her current seat of National Vice President for Sustainability, where she leads the company’s national sustainable building team.

I'm honored to collaborate with like-minded individuals, driving the integration of sustainable practices into the very fabric of design and construction.”

Mooney spent almost 16 years as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Leader of Sustainability for Haworth, a privately held, global furniture manufacturer headquartered in Holland, Michigan. “The opportunity mindful MATERIALS is driving to create broad, business-oriented change is immense,” says Mooney. “The impact of the built environment is substantial, and the collaborative approach the team is taking towards a common language, broad learning, and data transparency enabling action can be a true game changer. The profitable growth of business depends on the economic, environmental, and social sustainability of our communities, and the partnership mM provides to businesses in driving down the carbon impact and elevating human health is invaluable.”
